Please do not hesitate to request designs other than what is shown within our pages.  Meaning - if you want a night stand with three drawers, or one drawer, or no drawers- you got it!  If you want a headboard with a built-in bookcase - you can have it!  This is "dream" log furniture!  You dream it up, we make it up!  We will be glad to work with you to bring your ideas to life.  In order to do that for you, we will need sketches or photos of the pieces you have in mind.  Don't worry about getting your drawings perfect.  The important thing is to give us enough information to get communications started.  We can communicate by phone, fax, mail, courier, or e-mail!

Your order will be carefully and properly packed and sent to you via common carrier (truck).  You will pay the trucking company when your order is delivered.  Some of our smaller pieces can be shipped via UPS.  Although freight damage rarely occurs, it's still prudent to check your order before paying for the trucking.  We have negotiated special discounts to most destinations.  If you would like an estimate on your shipping cost, send us a list of what your order would be or phone us.  The rates vary with the amount of weight and distance.

If we don't have your order in stock, the normal lead time will vary from four (4) to six (6) weeks.  If you need your order by a specific date, let us know, so that we can confirm our ability to produce it by that date!
